iCoach – Unshakeable Belief

This week's edition of iCoach is an exploration into the unshakable belief that some people have what it takes to succeed - no matter what. There is so much power in knowing, claiming and living by your own rules because if you don't know what you stand for... you'll fall for anything. iCoach – Do the Right Thing

This week's edition of iCoach is about doing the right thing. In this recording, I share a touching story about a kid who just did the right thing. We only have to pick up a newspaper or watch tv to see what's wrong with kids today. But if like attracts like and your thoughts determine your experience, doesn't it make sense to start focusing on the right stuff? Try practicing in small ways and then watch the ripple effect in your life and in the lives of others.

iCoach – Sharpening the Saw

This week's edition of iCoach is about stress and teens. In this edition, you will learn a powerful concept from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People called Sharpening the Saw. It is so easy to get caught up in society's mantra of "bigger, better, faster, more" and we end up becoming human doings instead of human beings. When we are reminded to stop and sharpen the saw, we can then renew and restore our energy and power and become even more effective in our tasks.
