Paint by Heart

Group Classes · No Experience Needed

Paint by Heart is a welcoming, guided painting experience for anyone who’s ever felt the pull to create — whether you’re brand new to painting or returning to it after years away.

These small-group classes blend simple instruction with intuitive exploration. We play with color, texture, and basic techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment that builds confidence without pressure or perfection. The focus is on showing up, trusting yourself, and rediscovering the joy of making art from the heart.

This class is perfect for anyone who has ever said, “I’ve always wanted to paint,” or wondered if it might be too late. (It’s not.)

Art & Soul Sessions are private or small-group healing art experiences designed for deeper personal exploration and emotional release.

These sessions blend expressive painting with gentle, intuitive guidance to help you slow down, process emotion, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. This is less about learning technique and more about listening to what your body, heart, and spirit are ready to express through color and movement.

Art & Soul Sessions are especially supportive for individuals navigating change, stress, grief, or transition, and are also well-suited for therapists seeking a creative, experiential complement to their work with clients.

Sessions are offered by appointment only and can be tailored for individuals, pairs, or small therapeutic groups.

Celebrate your child’s birthday with a joyful, pop-inspired painting party designed especially for young creatives. Paint Like a Pop Star is a guided art experience where kids paint playful subjects inspired by Taylor Swift’s cats and the colorful Pink Pony Club vibe—perfect for Swifties and Pink Pony lovers alike.

This party is all about creativity, confidence, and fun. No pressure to “get it right”—just a chance to create, express, and celebrate together.

What’s included:

  • Guided painting experience for each guest

  • All art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, cleanup)

  • Pop-inspired music throughout the party

  • A friendship bracelet for each child

  • A fun selfie station to capture the memories

  • Plates, napkins, utensils, and a beautifully prepared studio space

  • Light snacks and refreshments for moms

Parents bring the birthday cake.

A weekly meditation designed to open your creative channel and set the tone for your week. Grounding, nourishing, and inspiring — this is a simple way to reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin your week with intention.

Reiki Energy Healing

By Appointment, 90-minute session: $150

A gentle, restorative session that supports emotional balance, calm, and energetic alignment. Reiki can help release blocked energy, quiet the mind, and open you to greater clarity and creative flow. These sessions are offered in a peaceful, private setting inside the studio.
